Provide a structure that allows for a teams based competition, with an emphasis on self management, and consistency of team rosters between seasons.

Foster the development of intermediate/advanced players by encouraging teams to identifying talent in the social leagues, and training them up to an elite level.

Provide a competition that representative teams can use to draw talent from.
