Need to cotact Leigh about use of the canteen area.

• Leigh said he would get back to her about moving some of the soccer gear out of the canteen so that we could use the room…but was not sure if they may have too much in there to move??

They use the canteen and centre for a current competition

Shavawn contacted Matt on 18 January to make sure that Touch knows that we will be in the club house on the 19/20 Feb.

Matt is fine with that. He showed Shavawn the back room/kitchen area….it is full of soccer fridges and other supplies that are just being stored there. Matt suggested that we just use the two small white fridges that they are not using for Touch and ask Leigh if we can use the large soccer fridge that is next to the counter that at the time was only 25% full.

Shavawn to contact Leigh once again to check on this new plan.

As always Matt was very helpful. He also said that it was ok for Lysh and I to bring some supplies out Friday night (18 Feb) while their league was still on. This way we can stock fridges and the like that evening rather then the next morning.
