The Junior Development Officer is responsible to the TUA Executive Committee and the members of the TUA.

The Junior Development Officer should:

Essential criteria

  • Access to internet, email, web and a word processing and spreadsheet programs.
  • Strong written (especially email) and oral communication skills
  • Be a member of the AFDA and TUA and abide by their policies
  • Must have access to a printer.
  • Knowledge of the current TUA League specific rules and guidelines.

Desirable criteria

  • Previous experience as a director of leagues or structured competition.
  • Good working knowledge of the TUA.
  • Be familiar with the TUA and AFDA registration systems.

Term of Appointment and Time Commitment Requirements

  • The Junior Development Officer is appointed by the Executive Committee for the duration of the league competition
  • The estimated time commitment required as the League Director of TUA is 5 hours per week.
