To acknowledge an individual who has contributed a large amount of time and effort into furthering the development, quality, and/or exposure of Ultimate in Tasmanian to the wider community.

• Running a Regionals or Nationals tournament.
• Significant expansion of an existing tournament or event (ie. Two-Hat becoming a 2 day tournament)
• Creation of a new tournament or event (ie. Schools Gala Day, a new junior league)

• Meeting an identified need within the Tasmanian Ultimate community
• The Amount of personal time and effort devoted to achieving goals
• The individual was well organised, self motivated, and worked well with others
• The significance of the results of the individual's efforts
